2018/03/12 - Performance Dashboards are not working for US and Canadian users - temporary workaround is available

Moderate - After switch off Daylight Savings time, US and Canadian users are not seeing their Performance dashboards.  We're hotfxing this issue. 

Temporary workaround: Switch your computer to UTC time zone in order to start seeing the dashboards

Hotfix has been published at approximately 3pm Central time on March 12th, 2018.  This issue is now resolved
