Here are common issues associated with non-working CloudMonix agents (most of this applies to Azure Diagnostics Extension too)
- Incorrect timestamp on the server. If the timestamp is off by 5 minutes, it is likely that all SSL communications out of the server will not work
- Firewall on the server that is preventing outbound connections from the server to internet-based addresses. - Latest Windows Update maybe needed to ensure that your VM is able to communicate out via latest SSL protocols, or accept latest SSL authorities
- If all this fails, please review CloudMonix reletated Application Logs on the server. If error messages do not make sense, please submit to support relevant entries at support@cloudmonix.com
